REGISTRATION

Everyone attending Summer Music Festival ~ Suzuki Kingston 2008 must register as a student, teacher, parent, grandparent, guardian or observer for each session they attend.

Completing Application Forms:

The requirements and prerequisites for all courses are detailed under each individual course.
After making your selection(s) from this brochure, refer to the corresponding section on the enclosed Registration Form and supply all the information requested.
Return the Registration Form to the address below along with the registration fees.

Applications MUST be post-marked by April 25, 2008 to qualify for advanced registration
fee (No exceptions).

APPLICATIONS

ONE WEEK ONLY THIS YEAR! Enrollment is limited and popular courses fill quickly. Telephone inquiries are welcome. Telephone reservations are not accepted.

PAYMENTS

50% of the fees must be received by April 25, 2008 before we will schedule the student. The balance of fees for tuition and accommodation and meals is due by June 2, 2008. All applications received after June 2, 2008, must be accompanied by full payment including registration, tuition, accommodation/meal and late fees. The service charge for an NSF cheque is $25. Registered students whose final payment has not been received by June 2, 2008 will be withdrawn. Please note that you may pay in Canadian or American Funds.

REFUND POLICY

In the event that you must cancel your registration you must notify the More Than Music Office in writing. There is a $50 non refundable fee per participant & each accompanying adult. The payment for all other fees will be returned if written notice of cancellation is received in the MTM office by May 16, 2008.

Due to MTM commitments to Faculty and travel plans, applicants withdrawing after May 16, 2008, forfeit full fees. Fees will be refunded only for illness authenticated by a written confirmation from a doctor. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

REGULATIONS

All students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or an appointed guardian. All attendees are required to register either as a Student, Parent, Grandparent, Guardian, Teacher or Observer. Due to scheduling complexities, there may be some overlapping of lessons when parents bring several children. We regret we cannot honour requests for specific teachers. Placement in any of the courses or classes offered is subject to enrollment limitations and scheduling requirements. No pets on campus—University policy. More Than Music Inc. and Directors of Summer Music Festival ~ Suzuki Kingston 2008 assume no responsibility for loss, damage or injury which may occur whether on the premises of Queen’s University or elsewhere in connection with Summer Music Festival ~ Suzuki Kingston, July 5 – 11, 2008. The recital guides will be published two weeks prior to the event. Late registrants may still perform in the recitals, but their names may not appear on the program.
